SHIPPING: EyeItalia is pleased to offer free ground shipping on all orders of $100 or more (U.S. only). We will make every attempt to process and ship your order within one business day of receipt, Monday through Friday. Please note that we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Orders will be shipped Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Priority Mail delivery will be 2-3 days after order is shipped. Express Mail delivery (overnight to 2 day delivery) and United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air are also available for an additional charge. Please note: USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We welcome orders from most countries around the world. If you are outside of the U.S. and Canada, your order may be placed online. There is a minimum $40 shipping charge for all international orders; additional charges may apply depending upon the weight and size of your order. If shipping costs exceed $40, you will be notified by email and asked to give approval for the extra shipping charges. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs or clearance fees levied by the country of receipt. GIFT WRAPPING: Gift-wrapping is now available as a service to our customers. Upon checkout, you may choose to have a portion or all of your order gift-wrapped. Gifts are wrapped in beautiful Italian paper, are tied with our signature EyeItalia ribbon, and include an elegant gift card with your personal message to the recipient. Charge for gift wrapping is $6.00 per item.
